Picture the scenario. You have a device, your current device, but you're only allowed to install 10 things on it. What would you choose?

Regulars will know i'm a big fan of sharing what you have installed on your device for others to benefit from, so here's another one of those threads :( Share with us which device / ROM you have, and which 10 apps / games etc. you can't live without!

I'll start things off :D

P

My 10 must-haves (in no particular order, well, alphabetical for the sake of it ;))

Device: T-Mobile MDA Vario III
ROM: Standard

CamerAware - I know it's mine, but I use it all the time! Speed Camera alerting (£19.99)
LogMeIn - remote support or remote controlling my own machines, logmein rocks! (FREE!)
mToken - SSH client for checking up on / fixing servers, plus SSH port forwarding ($49.95)
Newsgator Go! - RSS reader that hooks into my Newsgator account (FREE on Plus!)
Opera 8.65 - great alternative web browser, for when PIE just won't cut it (FREE on Plus!)
Palringo - vocal & picture IM client with support for all the major IM networks (FREE!)
Resco Explorer - great Explorer, Registry Editor and FTP client (FREE on Plus!)
Resco Photo Viewer - excellent photo management app / editing application, with Flickr upload and screen capture utility ($24.95)
Sprite Backup - daily backups, a must have when you install / uninstall as much as me (FREE on Plus!)
vTap - wikipedia / video viewer, I find wikipedia functionality on the go particularly awesome (FREE!)

Here's mine

Device: SPV E650 (VOX)
Network: Orange PAYG

- Sprite Backup
- TomTom
- Virtual Mobile Pool
- Yahoo Go!
- CamerAware
- Resco Explorer
- Pocket Mini Golf 2
- CorePlayer/WMP - Streaming and MP3
- Mundu (not played with Palringo a lot yet)
- phoneAlarmSP (basically for SMS/Mail alert reminders, easy Wifi/Bluetooth toggle, and schedules profile changing)

It was a struggle for 10 things, as I use my device almost all the time

Great idea for a thread Paul, I was thinking of starting something similar myself  ;) In no particular order here's mine:

Device - HTC S710
ROM - Standard

TCPMP - Far and away the best media player (unless someone else knows otherwise?)
Live Search - Similar to Google Maps but a bit better suited to the UK for searching local companies (in my experience!)
Handy Weather - Great little programme for checking weather across the world, displays on the home screen too
Yahoo Go - News, sport, weather, stock markets, e-mail, flickr, maps, entertainment-it does the lot!
Opera - Only recently installed this so still getting used to it. Looks like a good alternative browser though
Pauls New Document thing - Sorry, forgot the name of it! Makes creating new Word documents nice and easy, like it should have been to begin with!

Think thats about it to be honest. I need to get some more software on there me thinks  :(  I'll check some of these recommendations out though
