Hi.
Brand new to this forum so please bear with me.

I have a C550. I have unlocked it and am using an O2 sim. Phone, text and all general functions are fine but no data transfer so no internet. The O2 shop says that Orange software is blocking this. Is this true or can I change settings?? If it is true do I need to debrand or flash firmware??
Any help would be appreciated.

If your SIM works then the phone is already unlocked. Just enter the O2 settings and all will be fine.
