When I decided to do it I was then up to 1am coding a system that determines the background based on your timezone based on your IP... to make sure you only see it on the right day
The plus side is, it's easy for me to do other 'day related' logos now too

So it must be something to do with how the script is running in that URL.

The script looks at your IP, resolves it to a country / region, then shows you the correct image (US dude or not). Hardly proxy avoidance!

Denied twice by the web filtering team at Websense, I went straight to the tech support, explained how it works and they approved it.
And now I can see the logo.
Hopefully this will help with other Websense users!
