How do I do a hard reset on my Shadow? Will I lose any installed T-Mobile apps if I do this?

Start > Accessories > Clear Storage

The T-Mobile apps will be re-installed after the hard reset.

You can also hard reset by powering on and holding down the two soft keys...

It restores it completely to factory config.

My shadow is frozen, and that button combination doesn't seem to work for a hard reset.  Just the 2 soft keys and the power button?

Just to add to Paul's post, after you press the power button, keep holding on to the 2 softkeys until the screen asks you if you want to do a master reset. Letting go of the softkey right after pressing the power button would do a normal startup.
