When I'm talking to somebody, I can hear the other person but the other person cannot hear me. I tried to use a headset and it works fine. Could this be a microphone problem? How could i fix this?

It could be a rouge bit of code from something you have recently installed but if you are sure it's not that then the only way to find out if it is a hardware fault or software you will have to do a hard reset and return the phone to it's factory settings.
Remember doing this will mean you have to reinstall you contacts from the PC and any other software you have installed.
Make sure you back up your contacts in Outlook first.
I presume a soft reset does not work?
