Cannot send emails without soft reset T-mobile MDA vario 2 WM6 (t-mobile version)

Hi,


I upgraded to the T-mobile WM6 rom on my T-mobile MDA vario 2. Today I experience that when I want to send emails I get the message:

" Messages cannot be downloaded to your mobile device. Make sure you are a connected and that your e-mail account settings are correct. Then, try to download messages again. "

This can only be solved by soft reset it seems... Anyone else had this issue and no a long term solution. (These devices seem so buggy - sending email should be a simple process).

Check your outgoing mail server settings, it should be

smtp.t-email.co.uk

Its actually Yahoo. How does it work sometimes if I've set it to Yahoo?

it doesn't matter that it's yahoo, just set your outgoing mail server to T-Mo's and that should fix it

I once spent an hour on the Phone to T-Mo CS, deleting the account, setting it up differently, trying different settings. it can be a pain unfortunately
