Hi friends,

  I am creating Home screen for windows smartphone. i checked the forums every body is giving the plugins,themes creation and applying. But, My doubt is i am creating my own Homescreen.exe application which i will run it on smartphone so that after i can apply the plugins.

its very urgent if any one having good ideas on this or having the code please post.
