Switched on the camera on my Vario II yesterday to snap a few pics whilst out shopping and all the preview shows is a green mass of jagged lines.

Am I looking at a warranty repair or is this something that can be fixed with a simple "tweak" ?

I've heard more people reporting problems on their camera. Those guys have sent them in for warrarntyrepair. I think that is the only way to get it fixed.

Green Mess of Jagged lines, I get that sometimes in the CorePlayer, it might be the same problem (ATI Chip being, well ATI)

A soft-reset always cures it for me, I suppose it could be a hardware fault, but I wouldn't expect Green Lines if it was.
