Does anyone know why there is no Bluetooth option in the ICS application? Is it like that on everyones Q ? Thanks.

Mine is doing the same thing.  I have searched everywhere and cannot find a solid resolution to this problem.  Bluetooth tethering would be great.  

Anyone?!?!?!?

Mine is missing, as well.  I've searched quite extensively and haven't found any answer to this.
