I tried a few old WM5 tweaks on my BJII and I think they really made an increase in overall speed of menus and launching as well as eliminating that annoying SMS Sent message.  Try at your own risk but here they are.  Can't take credit for discovering them just reusing from the GadgetApps.net forum on tweaks.  Been hoping to get a WM6 version of SmartTweaker but not available yet.

Display cache increase

RegKey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\GDI\GLYPHCACHE
                                 Change from 16384 to 32768

Filesystem caching (default is turned off)

RegKey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\StorageManager\FATFS
Change entry for CacheSize from 0 to 1024

RegKey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\StorageManager\FATFS
Change entry for EnableCache from 0 value to 1

RegKey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\StorageManager\Filters\fsreplxfilt
Change entry for ReplStoreCacheSize from 0 to 1024

Get rid of the annoying SMS Sent message

RegKey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings
Create DWORD as SMSNoSentMsg with a value to 1

Reboot

I can't see a downside to increasing display memory or turning on filesystem cache, seems like they would tweak these devices for the best performance right out of the box to make them as snappy as possible.

It's great that you found a way to remove the "Sent Message" but in my registry that you posted I do not have a Settings folder in my Inbow.... so I simply create one?

Yes here is the structure I have

   Inbox
          -SendDriver
          -Settings
          -Svc

Create a new RegKey and call it Settings.  Then under Settings create the DWORD entry for SMSNoSentMsg with value of 1.
