HI,

My other half has received a couple of MMS's from a friend but is unable to view them.

They show as 10K with a paper clip attachment icon, but when we do download or send/receive (is this even necessary?) we can't see the message, just the screen with who it's from and the expiry date etc.

The MMS settings seem correct, and it definitely used to work.

She has had a new SIM recently (the old one died). Might it need reprovisioning at Orange's end?

First thing I would check is if she can successfully send one.
I found that in the past sending one has kickstarted everything working.
And I use rabdo's cab to set up the orange settings.

Fixed it. Someone (?) had changed MMS to use 'Orange Internet' rather than 'Orange MMS' as the connection. So although the MMS settings themselves were correct, it wasn't working.
