Devices:T-mobile shadow

Hey everyone. I'm trying to download the TGETFILE.dll on my phone so that PocketNesterPlus will work. Everytime I try to download it my phone says "this file cannot be viewed on this device" It happened when I tried to download PocketNesterPlus, but I just went to a different site and downloaded it. But I've gone to numerous sites for the other file and I keep getting that error message. What can I do?
