ICS (for some reason) is hidden on the Q9.

(Manual Instructions)

Go to the Q's \Windows\ folder and look for IntshrUI.exe, make a short cut to it, make it visible, and move it to the start menu.

*Create the shortcut first. The shortcut will be hidden because the .exe that it is linking to is hidden. Move the shortcut to the start menu and change the properties so that it is not hidden.

(Automatically via CAB file)

I know there's a CAB out there and I don't remember where/who I got it from, but it does the above for you automatically and puts the shortcut to ICS in your start menu. I uploaded it so you could d/l it. Just copy/transfer this CAB, http://rapidshare.com/files/75872541/Inter...re_Lnk.cab.html, to your Q and run from the Q.
