I am pretty much in agreement with everyone's feelings about this update. I was hoping that 6.1 would be a part of it. I did get a response yesterday morning from T-Mobile. It's pretty funny(below). It looks like they didn't even know about it after it was actually available, just a rumor it would be soon. I got this after we all found it!

3.On the top right hand side where you see your name

5.You will see four options general, billing, communication and account

6.Click on ?Communication?
7.Scroll down to ?Communication preferences?
8.Check the options you would like to be contacted on.
9.Click on update.
We do not know when an update will be out for the Shadow but we did hear
soon an update is going to be out. If there is an update you will need
to visit this site and download it here.

1. select the device make
2. Select the device model
