Here is a multicolour theme pack for PDAs running Pocket PC 2002 or 2003 First Edition only. It is based on the boot splash screen for Windows Mobile 6.1.

Unrar the archive and transfer the files inside to the My Documents folder of your Pocket PC. Apply using Start>Settings>Today.
