Hi, guys i hope someone can help me or guide me to someone that can, recently i was just charging my phone after a while i tried turning it on to make a phone call, to my surprise the phone was locked it wouldnt move from the initial screen it froze! i did a hard reset and even took battery out for a few minutes and still nothing the phone turns on and shows the cell phone providers info and then it just goes blank somewhat like a black screen and nothing happens. i've only had the phone for about 5months. please let me know if you guys know how to fix or know someone that can fix them, you can email me at [email protected] thank you!
