Not remembering that my Vario II was in my back pocket, I sat on it over the weekend and cracked the screen leaving it unreadable in a few places. :)

Any ideas on how i can get this repaired fairly cheaply - unfortunately i don't have insurance  :D

Do you have a house insurance? If so, use it.

If not, check ebay... there has been a few screen on sale and some HOWTO on replacing yourself somewhere here.

Was around £90 at HTC to replace the screen on my vario iii.
