The Windows Default homescreen is very satisfactory to me, but just a few small things that really bother me.
Firstly, is there a way to have "appointments" all the way at the bottom and instead have Text Messages higher up?
Secondly, it bothers me how u need to scroll down. Is it possible to make the icons at the top smaller, but keep everything else the same size, so that it all fits on one screen?

There may be some hacks available. I'm not sure. Do a search on google. You might find some on other sites. Good luck. :)
