how come i can sync my dash??? i have the latest version of activesync and even had that troubleshoot scan but says that everything is fine!! the thing is, that it can never get connected!! i just had a hard reset on the phone and then it started not working! do you guys know what i have to do or something!!??! thnxx in advance!

i don't really like this forum cause no1 ever replies.  But anyways, have u tried going to settings, connections, the USB to PC, and check "Enable advanced Network Functionality?  and what does it do exactly?  Does active sync not detect the phone at all?  and does the phone not show up in my computer?

Go to Start up Menu/ Click on Active Sync Icon/ Hit Sync on bottom Left hand corner/ Device should connect.
