When I first got my new phone today I started to sync my contacts from Outlook, but only the contacts that was without pictures would sync?
I had to remove pictures from contacts and sync again, and there they were, synced :S

Have you tried getting a firmware upgrade? you can get that on the download tab at http://www.timtechs....ked_prd199.html

There isn't any firmwareupdate yet.
The phone is brand new, with Adobe Flash lite and Adobe Reader LE.
I would think they delivered it with the newest firmware...
