My Dual Touch (3 months old) regularly looses any screen sensitivity. I can't use the screen to access anything. Just as quickly as it stops working, it's responsivness can return - and then disappear again in an instant! I've noticed that it has been a bit sluggish in use recently.

No added software. Activesynced regularly with home pc (Outlook) by bluetooth. Added the thin metal strip to inside rear cover for the Krut Russell car holder a  couple of weeks ago.

Orange are replacing but anyone any ideas?
