im sure this is a easy question but for the life of me I cant find out how to access it. The reel in the top left corner I went threw the book a few times looking for the icon and what it means i thought it was a voice message but thats the exclamation mark on the phone. So can someone help me out please, thank you in advance

The exclamation mark means a missed call the 'upside down glasses' is supposed to be a tape indicating a voice message.

The reel/tape symbol on the left means you've got more then one e-mail/text/reminders or voice message waiting for your to view.
