It shuts down when I open internet explorer or do other tasks that take up a lot of memory. Any Ideas/Fixes? Let me know if you need more information to be able to help me. Guest cchap Posted April 26, 2008 Report Share Posted April 26, 2008 Another thing that I noticed is that every time the phone shuts off, when I turn it back on the battery is low. If I take out the battery for like ten seconds and then put it back in and turn the phone on again it tells me the correcte amount of battery that it has. Could it be that I need a new battery?
