I've recently started experiencing a problem with my Excalibur shutting off unexpectedly.  It shuts down when I open internet explorer or do other tasks that take up a lot of memory.  Any Ideas/Fixes?  Let me know if you need more information to be able to help me.

Another thing that I noticed is that every time the phone shuts off, when I turn it back on the battery is low.  If I take out the battery for like ten seconds and then put it back in and turn the phone on again it tells me the correcte amount of battery that it has.  Could it be that I need a new battery?

yes you neeed a new battery!!! happened to mine but all good now!
