[Interloper]

Hi my speaker stopped working recently after inserting and earphone into the earphone jack wondered if anyone had encountered this problem? and if so how they resolved it?
Have tried soft resetting the device.
Sound is audible through the earphone but not the speaker and the phone fails the audio self test.
Any help or comments appreciated

I tried this trick and it works. Using ur stylus, gently poke into the ear jack. Try in and out a few times and then restart the phone. . Now is should have recovered.
