Guest Paul (MVP)
[teaser]Details are pretty thin on exactly what the range will contain, but HTC have told us that they are planning an ambitious accessory line expansion to coincide with the release of the HTC Touch Diamond. The range is set to include the following (and more):Device dock (see below)Slip case with microfiber lining (to clean handset as you slide it in and out! - RRP £9.95, see eXpansys for details)Extended 1340 mAh battery including replacement back coverCar chargerIf the picture on the HTC site of the device dock is anything to go by (see below), these accessories are going to be very nice indeed! :D P Note: More pics after the jump for news page readers! Guest Dr Who
Planning to sell me a battery, eh? That 900 mAh one in the pret a porte device doesn't sound like such dumb marketing after all. How much we thinking? £60?
Guest shootydogthing
Hmm. I'd probs buy the replacement battery and use it when I wanted more life, use the other one when I don't want the extra thickness. Depending on the chipsets used 900mAh could be enough. Guest
I'm with Dr Who on this one If you cant get at least 2 days of reasonable use without having to charge/ buy a bigger battery / swap in a spare battery then its time for them to get back to the drawing board. Sweet looking dock though! Edited May 13, 2008 by Guest
Guest m@...
Anyone else notice the removable cradle as part of this doc? Very iPod like and could be replaced to allow future devices to use the same doc...
Guest James
wow, HTC are pulling out all the stops with this release, very good too see them studying the market. :) regarding the 900mAh battery, as all the other devices on the market im sure a 3rd party is working on a larger capicity battery as we speak, althoug it would be a shame to spoil the good looks and profile with a fatter case :(

Guest awarner (MVP)
More memory would be nice but then again I may not use all that. I prefer a dedicated music player like Zune also it saves battery life.

Guest xorangefirex
It really looks smart and melds together really well. It sticks to its "stealth-like" design. Very nice indeed.

I only wish Zune had A2DP, HE-AACv2 and real H.264 support... wired headphones are so old-fashioned :D
Guest Paul (MVP)
Didn't Zune recently add H264 support? P
