I have set my Advantage to synchronise Files. When it is directly connected to my computer it synchronises every 15 minutes but always reports an error between files on the X7500 and the desktop. This appears to be when the files are open and being worked on. In these cases the system wants me to specify which file to keep, Desktop or PDA even though one of them is being worked on.

Have I incorrectly set up the synchronisation or is this normal behaviour?  Is there anyway I can get the system to automatically accept the latest version?

This is normal.  If the file is open by another application, it will not automatically sync.
