Cos I know some of us dont do Manuals  

Hold down , down volume key and centre enter button (Round thing)
At the same time rest device and hold resetbutton down. ( Located under stylus)

Wait until Bootloader screen appears ( Rainbow looking screen )

Phone will give you options of clearing to default and clearing default and storage ( 4GB Drive )

Choose the first one to keep the 4gb drive intact

Jobs all done !
