I have 2 questions.

1.My bluetooth works fine when connected to the car but the phone keeps turning on by itself within 5 seconds.  I have tried many times and it keeps turning the phone on by itself everytime the bluetooth is connected.  This problem only occurs when its connected to the car and when I leave the car with bluetooth still on it will stay turned off.  I think it keeps sending signals which is making my phone turn not stay turned off.

2. Is there speed dial on this phone like the Treo 750v?  If so where is it I cant seem to find it

I have the same problem, and it's an annoying one because battery life goes down quicker if the device can't go into standby. My unit is from Orange Spain, unlocked.


I've tried to see if it's some registry setting on the power profiles, but I'm almost sure that no matter how you tweat it, the problem isn't there. It looks like a bug in the driver code, so we'll have to wait for a new ROM and hope that the problem is fixed. A new WM 6.1 ROM is expected, let's keep our fingers crossed and hope that this ROM is released by carriers, as well.

I have the same problem, the phone will be going back if this cant be fixed within the 7 day trial period that I have with orange.

Sorry, hasn't  tried to pair with car yet so couldn't help with #1
#2: Speed dial, I just assign contacts to speed dial (like a regular phone), but i  don't have a Treo so I'm not sure if this is what you're refering.  There are other key-mapper program that you can assign more speed dial number directly to the full keyboard (not just the number-keys).
