Dear All,

One of my client's touch screen on his Orange SPV M5000 just stopped working, he ordered and new touch screen element, I fitted it but the touch screen still does not work, any idea?

My client only purchased a new touch screen element not the full screen.

May be a loose connector or not plugged in correctly when the element was refitted?
Is there any responce to the screen at all?
It's also possible the fault was somewhere else.

Try a hard reset (after backing up, of course). I seem to remember something similar on my Exec but a reset fixed it.
