Im new to the boards, been lurking around for the past couple of weeks and eventually decided to take the plunge and get my first PDA. As the title suggests i got the Vario 3 which seems to be great so far, only problem im having is with tomtom 6.0. Ive installed the software onto the pda from my memory card and i cant seem to get a valid gps signal? Im in an area were a stand alone tomtom would get a good signal so i dont think that is the problem. Any help or pointers or a walkthrough for setting up tomtom on a vario 3 would be greatly appreciated. If it helps its on t-mobile, is running windows 6.0 and tomtom version 6.0. Thanks in advance! Hi thanks for the reply. In windows 6.0 i have the program set to COM4, the hardware set to NONE and the baud rate set to 4800 and in tomtom i have the settings you provided above, but it is now saying waiting for a valid gps signal.
