Guest tori Posted August 15, 2008 Report Share Posted August 15, 2008 Hi there. I have a problem with my activesync. It connect, but it will not sync my Diamond. It has synced sussesfully before, but now I get this 1 error and code 0x86000107 all the time. Please can anyone help, or have anyone else had the same problem. Can figure out what is wrong. HELP. Has anyone else got this problem with syncing there Diamond to there Vista. :D No I'm managing fine with Vista (x64 version even). I have had problems with my previous device and the advice (assuming a simple re-boot etc hadn't worked) was generally to ensure you have the latest versions, specifically for the desktop in this instance, and to totally un-install any old version before upgrading to a new one. Have got it working now ( cross fingers ) In the end I unticked all my sync detail on the pc and my phone, rebooted the pc, soft reset on the phone.
