I've looked at the T-Mob website and it all looks pretty expensive (which is fine) - but these are all AUS to UK rates. Anyone know what the AUS to AUS rates will be? Only going to be ringing/texting people in Australia, so as long as i join the same network as them the cost should be pretty cheap? Anyone had any experience with any of the Aussie networks, or could recommend the best, i'm thinking ill be roaming on Optus Thanks for any help, Mike. Looking at that network youve got to put on £15 to start with, seems a bit steep as i was only looking to make a few calls :D Will look into some of the other networks that T-Mob suggested, i guess the roaming costs are going to be about double what they would be if i were to get an aussie PAYG SIM? It doesnt detail whether or not calls made to the same networks will be charged differently. I had hoped for some info from someone that might had visited so would be able to give an insight into what network to choose, but i guess not. Mike.
