Saving Email and Attachments to MicroSD

I am on a Q9h running the WM6.1 rom.  I want to save all email and attachments of my pocket outlook (activesync to exchange 2003) to the microSD card rather than device memory.  I have seen registry edits for WM5 and WM6.  Anyone tried this yet on WM6.1 rom?

Anyone done this yet on the Q9h with success, and if so how?
