Who looks after site admin and Plus Subscriptions, is it just Paul ?

I'm got an issue with my account  that I really would like sorting out but I don't know who to contact. I've PM'd Paul a couple of times and also emailed [email protected] (which I suspect probably goes to Paul too) but had no response to either.

Can anyoneelse help?

Found this topic hidden away so a very very late reply.
Technically contacting any moderator should help, they can flag your issue with me and I can see what I can do or I can pester Paul to look at the issue.
As all staff volunteer here like myself we do try to help when we can. Sometimes there may be a slight delay as we have real jobs to pay the bills but we try.
