The number, +2070783271 keeps calling me since yesterday - about 5 so far. They didn't get the message when I pressed the Ignore button - they keeps calling!

Anyone getting this too?

I'm deaf so I don't think it would work.

From this morning up until now, they've called me 5 times already.

I am now at work, so will ask a workmate to answer for me when they rings again!

I've just dialled it. It's a company called something like Whisper Communications (I couldn't really make out the name due to the back ground noise). Sounds like some call centre sales thing to me.
