I am unable to save / download file RemoveSecurity.CAB
When selected it wants to save a file called index.php ?????

I have reported the problem, as I do not have the file myself I can not upload it here.
Have you tried the official Orange France link a few posts below in that topic, may be an easier method to try.

Thanks for reply , unfortuantly i am on BT Broadband Anywhere not Orange.
