yes, touchflo 3d (the diamond interface) is now available for kaiser. It still has a power off issue with the current drivers, but they have a work around for it until new drivers are ready. So it has to be disabled before turning off screen, but otherwise works very well.

If you want something that is close while they work out the bugs for tflo 3d, try this - http://www.throttlel...her.com/portal/. I have both that one and minilla 2d on my phone and I like throttlelauncher much better.
