So far I've been unable to get the best answer to this one... Can anyone tell me which HardSPL (+ version) to use for the XDA Ignito please?

Thanks in advance.

Take a look at this page which lists the HardSPL versions.

I think the Jockyw version is probably the most universally applicable (though I can't link to the XDA-Devs page, as the site isn't responding at present)

Thanks mate. Thing is though I couldn't find the OliNex 1.40 update - the link on that page links through to a forum post which lists 1.38 and 1.93... It doesn't explain which one is best - just a bit confusing. The Jockyw HardSPL however is mentioned in the Dutty thread, however the "help" posts from people who have tried to flash their Ignito with it put me off...

I don't want to brick my device by installing the wrong HardSPL - I don't even know if you can to be honest.

That said is the Jockyw one the best HardSPL for the XDA Ignito?

Thanks in advance.

I don't know if it is the best, but I used it on my HTC Diamond (Orange) and it worked fine. The Ignito is pretty much identical to the stock Diamond.

Nice one mate... I installed it last night and flashed in Dutty's ROM. Went in smoothly and seems OK. There's a few bugs it seems, gonna try TLR ROM tonight me thinks.

The current Dutty ROM has a lot of bugs, which is unusual.

I'd also look at the new udK Sirius ROM which is fantastic. Currently in 2 build versions with the lower numbered one being considered the better (higher one comes from the Touch HD and is a little slower in operation)

I have O2 XDa ignito (came with 206 rom and 05 radio from stock)

I used Jockys 1.24 hardSPL and all flashes work fine.

I have tried a few cooked and stock roms.

the rom I like best is the latest stock - HK_831.

Its fast and reliable. IMHO the cooked roms all seem to have bugs. although I am monitoring them closely for progress.
