I just posted a reply at 09:23, but the thread shows that I posted at 10:23.  In my Control Panel settings, shows GMT and use DST and also shows the right time where I am.

Something broke?

Just noticed that my post here and your reply have the right time, but my quick reply earlier has wrong time.
