Problem with MS Voice Command Mobile: No audio confirmations

Hi all.

I've installed MS Voice Command on my e650 and for the past 9 months or so it's worked fine. I use it with a Sennheiser bluetooth headset. I configured the app to provide audio confirmation before completing instructions. This also worked fine for several months but recently the audio confirmations have stopped. The "microphone" still appears so it looks as if the app thinks it's providing confirmation but I don't hear any thing.

I use Bluetooth to sync my phone with a desktop install of Outlook. On the same desktop is a temperamental installation of the Nokia Phone management software which frequently screws up my Bluetooth settings.

Can anyone offer any advice as to why the confirmations have failed or better yet a way I can restart them?
