No GPRS connexion after flashing ROM

Ok... That's my problem B)

I'm cooking a french ROM and Ive got big problem with GPRS connexion. When I flash with my new ROM, I can't access internet through Opera, and also IE B) I could think that it's my fault, and I did something wrong, like forgot to del a file or key, BUT when I do a hard reset, everything is OK B) B) B)

So my question is : is the hard reset put exactly the same ROM just flashed before, or not ? Maybe it's a silly question, but it's really weird for me :(
