Guest m@@ttt
Just got my Omnia a few days ago. Just getting to know it but have a problem with the wifi connection. I connect to my home network via a belkin router. The router works fine lots of other devices have been connected. I can connect my omnia to the network when using no security. But, when I turn on the WPA encryption the omnia just won’t connect. It just sits at “connecting” on the configure wireless networks screen. I have been going in circles for days now. I have noticed an issue with the netwok key.I put it in the first time (nine digits long), if I go back into the configure network authentication page it has grown to a 13 digit long key, is this important. Any help to get me off the floor with this one would be appreciated. Sorry if this has alraedy been covered i have looked about but still cant get round this problem. Just to save time. Yes my network is ok, I have connect many other devices to it using WPA security. Also if it is relavent i am runing on i900XXHG5/MSHG1 for the PDA and i900XXhG5 for the phone B)

Thanks for the TIP. Router doesnt support WPA2 byt i changed the TKIP to AES, Hey presto i am now connected to my network and secure. Does the Omnia have a problem with WAP-TKIP?
