I just got an unlocked blackjack 2 and I am using it on Tmobile.  How do I remove all the ATT programs installed?  They are not listed in the remove programs so I assume they are in the ROM.  Is there a good 6.1 ROM out there?

if you ever reset the phone they will all come back. Have your phone synced with windows. make sure that you have set the folder options in windows to view system files and folder. Then you can delete them from your windows directory. you can start from the start menu from the windows directory. back up your stuff first. just in case you do have to reset.
