Cingular MMS on i320

It seems I have tried everything, I've googled 1000 different ways, ATT, Cingular, MMS settings etc. I just cannot seem to figure out how to get my MMS messaging to work, when I go to download a message it just says, connection failed. Any suggestions for MMS settings I can try for Cingular.
