Bro....

It dont work like that. DXIA5 is a regionalised build of 20270 (standard WM6.1 build).

21899 refers to a later build that may or may not (NEVER as far as i am concerned) made it to the Omnia.

To get that build look to xda-devs (LINK HERE) its not hard to find bro ;)

There is also NO such thing as 'REAL' or 'UNTOUCHED' version of that ROM. You are asking for Microsoft builds that are LEAKED to us, the devs. There wont be an untouched version. These versions are hacked to work on Omnia, or any other device.

If i am wrong, shoot me down. If not, then please do some more reading before you ask for things that cannot be linked to.

I also think this might eb why nobody replied to you earlier.

no probs bro....

the numbers that you see are versions of the actual OS...there are multiple branches too, all specialising in different areas.

The XDA link will help you a great deal to understand this.

You can use Windows Vista,XP or 7 (like me :( ) to build ROMs, but flashing is for XP (we all know :D ) I only installed one dll file in Windows 7 to begin cooking. On XP you need all the above, read the guide. ;)

Also, if you get any errors during this process, it is recommended that you start a fresh with a clean kitchen. Always wash your hands and take pride in your hygiene.

Reqirements

An official or unofficial standard ROM

SYOK from here....
http://winmo.sztupy.hu/syok.html

Select SYOK downloader and start reading the guide....

Enjoy and thanks to PaSSoA, Sztupy, sector, qbus, lastnikita, Lufeig & Secany. Also, to any others who also created software used or contributed to these projects. Big respect & Thanx from Shokka!

I hope this helps, if you have everything ready (installed) you should not get any errors. If you do, post them in the threads and you will get help (hopefully).

  Good luck.
i want the dll file that you installed it on windows 7 i need it necessary becz i used windows 7 and i want to setup ROM on my Mobile, plzzzzzzzzzzzzz upload the DLL file as soon as you can

No need to SHOUT!!

Make kitchen, when it ERRORs, GOOGLE the missing dll. Easy mate.

I dont have Omnia, kitchen or anything. Believe in yourself and try to manage without asking for something.

When you get error, WHEN you get error (as u might NOT!)

Gone .....

Hi, I have two questions 4u:

1) on your doc (first post) you say:

"The one in the kitchen ‘cab2pkg.cmd’ needs to be used in the cmd form..."

I can't find the cab2pkg.cmd in the omnia-eng folder but only the cab2pkg.exe

Are there any parameters for cab2pkg.exe? (like a particular destination folder)

-----

2) on your doc (first post) you say:

"PS: IN GENERAL PRACTICE, YOU CANNOT COOK A COOKED ROM"

why can't I do this? Can I disassemble and reassemble a cooked rom?

thx 4 ur help!
Max
