Hello,

Recently managed to getting round to setting up my googlemail account to "Push" to my kaiser. I a guide on here (i think paul did it) and it works sounds as a pound, pushes my emails out...the only problem is that i have set it up to sync every 5 minutes but it just doesnt seem to be doing it....will do 5 minutes every now and then, and after a while will revert to either syncing at random intervals or when ever i open the gmail folder on my phone.

Has anyone got any soultions?

just doing it direct to my phone using the email settings that you can set up in the phone its self - imap etc

one thing i think i have noticed is that, i have my power settings set to turn the back light off after x amount of time then turn the device off after x amount of time....the sync settings dont seem to like that...is there anyway around it so that i can still have the display turned off and it not affect sync....doesnt seem to affect anything like SMS delivery etc.

Just tried this Seven beta and it's working brilliantly so far!

Only thing is, is it possible so that when I delete emails or mark them as read on my device - this is reflected in my Gmail inbox when i log on via my pc next?

When id set up my gmail account manually (without Seven push) this was the case and was much better
