hi guys, please help me. 
just received the phone two days ago; it's great but i'm having trouble installing the startup CD that came with it. it says i need to install the latest adobe flash player and it provided the download link. i followed the link, download flash & even shockwave, installed both, restarted the PC but i still get the same warning/message. i'm using XP service pack 2. thanks for your help.
