Garmin calculating problem on AT&T Q9h Global

I have Garmin Mobile XP on my AT&T Q9h Global and on several occasions when I click for the program to navigate to an established location, like home, the program will show it is calculating the route; however, it never completes the operation. It just sits there saying "calculating".

Any ideas?
