confirmation email error

Hi!

Our mail server rejects the confirmation email with the following message:
 postfix/smtpd[28799]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from unknown[78.46.69.166]: 504 5.5.2 <Ubuntu-810-intrepid-64-minimal>: Helo command rejected: need fully-qualified hostname; from=<[email protected]> to=<xxxr@xxx> proto=ESMTP helo=<Ubuntu-810-intrepid-64-minimal>

Possible server misconfigure at your side, or am i missing something?

If using postfix this may help.
