Google Calendar on Touch HD

I'm addicted to Google Calendar. I've never persisted with electronic diaries in the past, but this one just seems to be fast, clear, and exactly what I need. I use it without worrying how!

So, the next step is to probably get a mobile that can give me access to the Calendar, and I'm considering the Touch HD. The question for HD users is - would you use it through a browser as you would on a PC, and is the screen big enough for a week or month view?

Or are there better third-party applications which sync the HD to the Google Calendar data and display it in different way which is more suited to a smaller screen?

I must be able to add new calendar events using the phone as well as view existing ones.

I had a look at it running on a G1 this morning, but the month view wasn't large enough to include any text, just an indication if there was an event on any particular day.

Any recommendations, or even better - screenshots of Google Calendar running on a HD - would be gratefully received :-)

Many thanks!

Not sure if this is exactly what you're after, but there's a website I found a while ago that lets you use ActiveSync to synchronise your Google Calendar with the in built calendar in your phone. Works great for me, you can create/update/delete on either your phone or Google Calendar and after a sync (via Active Sync) it gets updated. Also lets you sync the contacts you use in Google Mail if you wish. The URL is: https://www.nuevasync.com/
